Shipping & Delivery Policy

Daanyam facilitates the performance of sacred rituals and sevas — including Gau Seva, Shiva Seva, and other offerings — by verified partners at designated locations. When you place an order on Daanyam, you are booking a service, not purchasing a physical product.

No physical shipment is involved. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier tracking numbers associated with any Daanyam order.

Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, you will receive:

• An on-screen order confirmation with your booking reference
• Order details visible in your Orders page on Daanyam

Sevas are performed according to the following schedule:

• One-time Gau Seva: Performed on the selected date, typically at first light (brahma muhurta) by our gaushala partners.
• Gau Seva Subscriptions (7-day / 30-day): Daily seva begins from the selected start date and continues for the duration of the programme.
• Shiva Seva & Temple Offerings: Performed on the selected date at the designated mandir by our temple partners.
• Other Sevas: Fulfilment timelines are mentioned on the respective seva booking page.

After a seva is performed, confirmation is reflected in your Orders page. For subscription sevas, daily updates may be available depending on the partner gaushala.

In rare cases where a seva cannot be performed on the scheduled date (due to partner unavailability, natural events, or force majeure), Daanyam will:

• Notify you via email
• Reschedule the seva to the nearest auspicious date, or
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Astrology features on Daanyam — including Kundli, Dasha Calculator, Muhurat Finder, Rashifal, and Panchang — are delivered digitally and available instantly after you provide the required input (birth details, location, etc.). These features do not involve any physical delivery.
